We do not guarantee income, profits, results, or success of any kind.
Any income examples, testimonials, or case studies are not typical, are not guarantees, and are provided for illustrative purposes only. Your results depend on multiple factors including effort, execution, market conditions, and consistency.
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing. You are responsible for all fees associated with your participation in the Services. Termination of access does not entitle you to a refund.

Follow all applicable laws, platform rules, and regulations
Not misuse, copy, resell, or redistribute Company materials
Not engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful conduct
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination without refund.
All content, materials, frameworks, scripts, systems, videos, and training provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Kellyxgallo LLC DBA Creators Blueprint. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kellyxgallo LLC DBA Creators Blueprint shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
